Every client is unique in profile, requirements and objectives; and so is their approach to adoption of Identity Management. Goldstone Info Systems aids clients with their Identity Management strategy by studying their existing business and management processes and aligning them with management objectives. For many, it is a tough challenge to determine where to begin, what should be the roadmap, and how to measure success during implementation cycle.
Goldstone Info Systems offers Assessment services. Goldstone Info Systems works with internal client resources to identify the corporation's readiness to move towards a unified platform for managing digital identities. The deliverable of this offering is a thorough and robust document and project plan for the implementation team.
Our assessment and strategic services also extend to those corporations that have attempted IAM implementations in some form or shape, but are frustrated for the lack of business benefits. IAM implementation that fell short of business needs can be studied as to what went wrong and the roadmap for remediation.
As a part of strategy and roadmap development, if required, we also undertake quick Proof-of-Concept implementations. While we have capability to provide PoC for all areas of Identity Management, we tend to limit the scope of PoC only to assist in finalizing roadmap for IAM Implementation.
Typically, engagement for Assessment Services can span from few days to few weeks, and we typically perform the following:
- Interactions with client’s stake-holders and technical team to understand the client's needs, priorities and available resources. We also capture requirements regarding regulatory compliance, audit requirements, account provisioning and de-provisioning processes and work-flows, access management for applications and facilities, as-is and to-be scenarios, etc.
- Proof-of-concept, if required
- Prepare a high-level document that outlines
- Business and technical requirements
- Issues identified with the current state of the deployment, if applicable
- Solution approach,
- Resource requirement, timeline, milestones, budgetary costs
- Business benefits and/or RoI
